Yala National park

Yala national park is the most popular National park in Sri Lanka as thousand of locales and as well as foreigners visits it. It is located 300 kilo meters from Colombo and the park contains five blokes and kumana” the birds century is one which is popular out of this five ,The climate is dry but many herd of Elephants and birds amphibians closer to the park some religious ancient historical sites are located.

This park is renowned for animals since during the period of Dutch and English, water is from the north east monsoon there are lots of animals to be seen Much flora contains in the yala national park as there are lot of lakes ,lagoons and is located in near the sea the rest of the parts are widespread.

Yala national park is the 70th important birds sanctuary in sri lanka ,endemic and migrant birds are plentiful ,leopards ,snakes are many at yala A port from the natural beauty yala has ,it is own historical background ,it is sad Rawana built his kingdom here However this particular area has some treating factors ,which could destroy the beauties such as Gem mining ,growing canopy(Tobacco) it is the best national park in sri lanka and it could generate millions of rupees there are some problems such as drought but if proper remedial could be taken yala would be money spinner
